Digi Merchants is a digital platform being designed to suit Indian business owners who dream about growing big, have quality products/services and are serving the customers locally or globally.
We offer website and an application which can be used simultaneously by merchants to showcase their products and services, get orders online and on their move, fulfil the delivery to customers and receive online payments based on the paperless bill provided to the customer.
The main feature is the e-billing facility for merchant of daily needs/services, merchant of occasional needs and vendors at fairs and exhibitions who want to provide quick bill on the spot. Paperless bill is most environment friendly which also serves the purpose of documentation.
Our observations:
Numerous individual vendors start their life early morning in procuring and distributing daily supplies to the doorstep of households and offices. This line of business is a main or supporting their livelihood. Similarly, customers are so loyal to these vendors that without getting from them the products and services early in the morning, the regular routine gets disturbed.
Daily supply vendors, specially the unorganized, struggle hard to track the delivery of products and services. The merchants also spend their precious time in visiting the customers door to door to collect the bill amount every month.
